Ultrasonic Tanks

All units operate using Crest's unique TRU-SWEEP Ultrasonic system By sweeping the ultrasonic activity within the tank, hot spots or dead areas are eliminated, giving an even distribution throughout the cleaning solution, unlike conventional ultrasonic units. All units are fitted with industrial ultrasonic transducers (not the less robust wafer type)

Crests ultrasonic units offer several advantages over other conventional methods. Ultrasonic waves generate and evenly distribute cavitation implosions in a liquid medium. The released energies reach and penetrate deep into crevices, blind holes and areas that are inaccessible to other cleaning methods. The removal of contaminants is consistent and uniform, regardless of the complexity and the geometry of the substrates.

 The Chemical
Ammonia free jewellery cleaner

This product is specifically formulated to clean jewellery and parts from clocks, watches and instruments. Formulated without ammonia to reduce fumes and odour in use.Dilute one part of product with between 5 and 20 parts of water depending on the degree of soiling and tarnish present. Agitate the items to be cleaned in the solution for a few minutes,rinse thoroughly in clean water and dry. Best results will be obtained with ultrasonic agitation.
