Basic
Principle
Spray bars are mounted on two sides of a stainless steel tank
filled with the required cleaning solution. The positioning of the spray bars
is critical. Each spray bar has a number of nozzles fitted with enducator flow
end caps. The enductors greatly increase the flow rate of the solution.
Connected to the spray system is a set of large pumps and filters. The pumps
will turn over the solution very rapidly. With the correct positioning of the
spray bars it will cause the cleaning solution to form a rolling action. Any
parts placed into this environment will cause resistance, this resistance is
the basic cleaning action.
The entire cleaning solution passes through the pumps and
filters every few minutes,
giving the necessary power whilst keeping the
solution in peak condition. |
